Applicable to all Rubis Appart apartments
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 1:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM. Except on Saturdays, check-out is before 8:00 AM. Arrivals and departures outside these hours may be arranged upon prior request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Noise & Quiet Hours
La Terrasse Verte is available for you to enjoy special moments with family or friends: birthdays, drinks, meals, barbecues… For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, out of respect for other guests and the neighbours.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Smoking
For everyone’s comfort, the apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM To ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool safely and comfortably, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. We kindly ask everyone to remain vigilant and follow the safety rules.
Cleanliness & Respect
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a satisfactory state of cleanliness and to take good care of the furniture, walls, equipment and utensils provided for your use. To help facilitate the check-out inspection, please empty and clean the sink before your departure. Any damage noted at check-out may be subject to a charge covering the necessary repairs or replacement.
Guest Capacity
The rate indicated for each apartment is based on the number of guests planned for the stay. If you are travelling with additional guests, extra mattresses may be available, depending on the apartment: **Single mattress: 15,000 Ar / night **Double mattress: 25,000 Ar / night Children are counted as one guest, except for babies. For babies, a cot is available free of charge, subject to availability, with one cot per apartment.
Security and Privacy
We kindly ask you to take care of your personal belongings during your stay. Management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings. For your peace of mind, the property is monitored by security staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Out of respect for your privacy, we will not enter your apartment during your stay without your presence or prior consent, except in cases of necessity or emergency.
Booking and Payment Terms
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required for each night booked. The 50% deposit paid for each night booked is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation of the night concerned. The remaining balance for the nights retained in the booking must be paid upon arrival, when the keys are handed over. Payment methods: 💳 Bank transfer (France or Madagascar) 💵 Cash on site 📱 Mobile Money: Orange Money or MVola We do not accept cheques.
Visitors
You are welcome to receive family and friends during your stay. Visitors are your responsibility and are expected to respect the residence rules. For organisational and safety reasons, visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in the apartment or use the swimming pool.
Housekeeping & Linen
End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rental. Daily cleaning and upkeep of the apartment are your responsibility. Please empty the bins regularly and avoid leaving food waste, especially in the evening, in order to prevent insects. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights. For your comfort, we recommend bringing additional bath towels, as the linen provided is not necessarily supplied for each guest.
Welcome Kit
Upon arrival, a welcome kit is provided, including: bars of soap, one roll of toilet paper, a bin bag, a sponge, and washing-up liquid. For the remainder of your stay, any additional consumables will be at your own expense, according to your needs.
